Torrid

I love Torrid, I mostly order online and then pick up at the store, but the staff is very nice every time.

I usually love this store but this holiday season has been the worst. They cancelled my order three different times before finally telling me my items were out of stock why are they even on the website and why would you let me pay for them??. When I finally did get some items, I went to go pick them up just two days before the deadline when they cancel your order and return your items —then I find that they indefinitely temporarily closed?? What the heck?? How am I supposed to pick up my order. Waste of my precious time and I don’t have time to do this any other day this week. It’s almost like they don’t actually want your money. Update—DO NOT BE TRICKED BY TORRID CASH “PROMOTIONS”. They had a sale where they said “earn unlimited torrid cash $25 for every $50 you spend-redeem later. Well guess what? You don’t just get the cash, you have to$50 to use $25 of Torrid cash AND they up charged so all the clothes are now more expensive. Also doesn’t apply to clearance and is not combinable with any other coupons. To thumbs down

Went to return an item purchased online and walked out with a bag of new items. Always a stylish and trendy place to shop for the plus size female. I will continue to shop Torrid for my apparel needs. See you soon!

Sierra is the sweetest I went in looking for jeans and she took so much time to help and make me feel so comfortable and confident and helped me leave feeling like it was a successful trip rather than a huge chore to do. Thank you again Sierra

It's nice to finally walk into a store and beable to bring my granddaughter shopping. So many times we go to a store and she walks out empty handed and down hearted because they don't have anything in her size. HAPPY here though she found a couple outfits. And we will be going back.

I always have a great experience every time I come into torrid. The staff are always knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to talk to. As for the products, they offer all kinds of stylish clothing, accessories, and shoes for plus-sized women.

I love this store. It's a little pricey but worth it! I love their online ordering even more!

While I love this brand and this location always has kind and helpful staff....the selection is getting to young...where the other for the trendy 30 year olds? Less patterns, less logos, more classic sexy things are needed. Also, Harper shirts are too short waisted and many clothes should probably come in long torso or talls
