I love the quality of the clothing, a little pricy, but very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful!

I love this location. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. The last couple of times I have come here they had really good sales.

Got undergarments the right size...saleswoman was very helpful!

I traveled an hour and a half to pick up a package. They closed early due to some issues. Thankfully one of the associates saw me freaking out and asked if I had a package. I said I did. The association kindly brought it to me. I'm so grateful because I did not want to make another trip.

Went to Torrid for the first time in the galleria and can say I never knew what I was missing. The workers were so helpful which is exactly what I needed since I hadn't been clothes shopping for years!! They made the whole experience so wonderful. Will go back! The clothes are nice, affordable and up to date and the customer service is great

The salesperson that helped me was amazing! She helped me locate and find the perfect fit and look I was hoping for. I would have given a 5 star review but an ink security tag was overlooked and came home with me. I do not live anywhere near a Torrid store in my state. Other than that the service was great!

Excellent shopping experience here today! Retail service has declined so much over the years, but the ladies at Torrid were extremely helpful during our visit today. They checked in with us frequently while we were looking and offered to gather other items while my wife was trying on clothes. They carry a wide variety of styles and my wife, who hated shopping, really enjoyed her experience today. We will certainly shop here in the future.

Extremely nice staff! Clothing I love, looks and feels good on me. I don't feel ugly for being a body type that suppliers don't normally carry or if they do are unflattering and poor quality. Though I cannot afford much, the coupons and sales let me slowly build my closet. I love that Torrid also has an environment that is extremely comfortable to shop in. Basically I don't feel like I'm being treated like a "fat" person by product or staff. A store for the first time I enjoyed clothes shopping!

I love Torrid but I have to say I did not enjoy my experience here a couple of weeks ago. I was looking for a new pair of jeans. When I told the sales lady I do not remember her name that I was only interested in a boot cut style jean. I tried on pairs in different sizes and styles and did not find one that I liked. After trying on jeans I headed for the clearance and found a T-Shirt that I really liked. When I got to the check out the manager checked me out and asked what happened with the jeans. I said I did not like the ones I tried on and I don't like the other jeans because they are not boot cut. She then says she knows a pair that I will like and brings me back to the wall of jeans and toys to talk me into a style that I told her I did not like. All I wanted to do was check out with my t shirt and go on my way. I felt the manager was being pushy and did not listen to a thing I was saying. I understand that is part of the job but she couldn't read me enough to know that I was in a hurry to get out of the store because I was upset I didn't find any jeans. Overall it was not the best visit to the store I have ever had.

I love all of the staff here. They are always so friendly and helpful! I've never gone in there and not had an interesting conversation with someone! I will keep going here for sure, and I definitely recommend it! They are always updating the merchandise. Cute stuff!
