I love this store, I have been shopping there for a long time. The SA s are usually knowledgeable. The store has several floors and has a townhouse feel there is an elevator. Selection is quite good and since it's her NY Flagship sometimes you can find items that aren't sold in other stores. Tory Sport is not sold at this location though, there is a standalone store on 5th Avenue near the Flatiron.
Tory Burch is an amazing brand! I love their collections and craftsmanship. Everything is very authentic. The sales associates in this store are wonderful!! They are very professional and thoughtful. Love shopping here, specially if you make an appointment!
Preordered, inordinate amount if time to find order, shoes wrapped and bagged before I could see them, when I unwrapped and looked they appeared worn as if they'd been tried on a hundred times, asked them to order a fresh pair, more waiting. Asked for overnight delivery to the Bronx, told was that was an impossibility when I'd clearly hear a sales associate tell another costumer that her order would be delivered next day in CT. Overall unpleasant experience. One nice lady did offer sparkling water while I waited.
Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile. The salesperson was very nice, offered her services, and I was asked if I needed something to drink. Definitely felt like I belong.
Manager/Staff are somewhat unprofessional and disorganized. Took a pair of shoes which they did not offer to repair it at no charge but advised they would let me know of the charge. After a followup call from my side, I was given the price and I gave the go ahead. However, after 2 weeks a 'manager' called to ask if they should repair the shoe. I advised again to go ahead . After two weeks- still no sign of the shoe. No one calls back in spite of promising to do so... Called their number - optionX3 to leave a message...but it simply rings and rings.. Certainly not how to run a business..
Extremely rude sales staff. We went next door to Kate Spade instead, where we had amazing experience and left with two new handbags and three new wallets. Their staff was incredible and very welcoming.
If you’re like me and you’ve always considered the name Tory Burch to be synonymous with quality.....DON’T. I had a pair of the black patent Miller sandals completely come apart. TB customer service referred me to a cobbler in NYC to repair the “normal wear and tear”. I have shoes that cost less than half the price that have lasted more than twice as long. The Millers look good but offer no comfort support when walking. And now I know they are obviously not backed by quality and pride in product either.
Very nice interior. Well organized. Very friendly staff. Good selection. Wanted a pair of flip flops sold out online and they dug up their inventory to get me one.
Tory Burch, a modern classic. Preppy Philly style clothing for a new generation.
The Tory branch on 5th Avenue when I walked in they didn't even have my shoes ready for me but they were taken care of this other lady fortunately of A different race and , pamper her as if she was GOD and nobody else mattered don't go to this Tory Burch all the customer service sucks.
