Total Athlete Nutrition

My wife and I stopped in to pick up muscle egg since we found out they carry it to save time. We usually go to 5 star nutrition. We will no longer go there to save time or money. The guy never moved from behind the counter and pointed around the store. While talking to a co-worker about tennis shoes , while we stood there waiting to be rung up. My wife wanted to use the scale. He said go ahead. It's free the first time and $10 each time after that ...5 star is bar none way above them with knowledge, help and customer service. 5 star gave us a progress planner and was extremely helpful. I will not be back to visit the muscle heads there !!

I'm so impressed with this place already. It would appear initially that this place caters to the bodybuilder type, but this would not be an accurate or fair assumption. I walked in as a "runner" looking for a a good quality protein powder, a BCAA, ect. The owner was Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like I got a well needed nutrition lesson. I left there with a couple of free protein packs to try. I WILL be spending my money here.
