Just went in and spoke with the owner James, he was AWESOME! Helped me after I explained where I was in my fitness and what I was working on. gave me some pointers on my diet helped me pick a few supplements that would get me better results and told me to hold off on adding too much so I can fill in as needed. I'm Very happy and will be going here and supporting local business instead of the internet hype! Thanks so much James!

Absolute best place I know of! I can get stuff I need safely with out having to put my debit card through the Internet and best of all Melvin is one of the most intelligent people I know when it comes to supplements and the effects to the body, anything I don't know myself I can always count on giving Melvin a call to help out
