Total Nutrition

I've been working out for over 25 years and lately have felt muscle fatigue and energy depletion mid-way through my normal workout. I've been wanting to take my workouts to the next level but just haven't had the stamina and physical energy to do so... I stopped in to Total Nutrition, to simply gather info for what my next steps might be. Blake was there and the first thing he did was asked me questions about what my work out goals are and what I currently eat to maintain my workout. Not only did Blake put together a diet analysis and diet plan for me, on the spot, he recommended the exact vitamin and supplement aids that I need to take my workout to the next level. I started the plan I cannot express how right on Blake was with his analysis and suggestions for me and my workout/diet. I have more energy, strength and stamina. It's amazing how easy my workouts are now and how much more I can push myself, all because of what Blake suggested. Josh was in the store as well and he and Blake, both, gave me much needed information. I highly recommend Total Nutrition and will trust them with all my future fitness needs. The average individual is typically just "told," what to get from the nutrition stores. Rarely are they ever explained to (correctly that is) why they should get something without all the fluff. Huge fan of this store!! High quality products and amazing customer service. All the staff are extremely knowledgable and helpful! I love how they offer free samples in store!

They sell the best multivitamin, "Sport Formula". Easy on my stomach and gives me loads of energy and mental focus !!!
