Vitamin Adventure

I used to come here at least once a month. I will never come back again after my last experience. I made a purchase actually a couple of purchases. I purchased the raw cleanse which is normally $43.30 with 50% off. I purchased two boxes. After trying the product for a couple of days I realized that I cannot stomach the powder formula. It was disgusting!!!!! I was told that if I was not happy with the product that I could simply return it. I would’ve been happy to exchange the product. The clerk asked the manager and the manager’s response was that they will not allow me to return or exchange the product since the items were clearance items. Mind you, that the receipt does not state anywhere about returns or exchange items..... and they should’ve honored my request for at least an exchange. I only had the product for less than a week. Now I am stuck with two boxes of this product and not able to use it which will probably end up in the trash. It is too bad that Vitamin Adventure in Fairfield, CA lost a good customer I’ve spent a lot of money there and will not be returning.
