Just like every single person posted here. Aggressive, unprofessional, rude and utterly Nasty. We’ve had them only for a week and they’ve been late everyday. I called dispatch, emailed the school and DOE. Our kids should not be exposed to this type of endangerment, under qualified staff, I asked for the driver’s name and she refused to give it to me, Glad is only for the summer. Rather make my best effort to drop my kid off and pick him up than having exposed to this service.
This bus company is the WORST. When my daughter started school last year it seemed okay.This year I dont know what's going on, she has had a late pick up and drop off everyday. There is a new driver everyday. Yesterday I waited out side with my toddler for 45 minutes no one ever came or called and when I spoke to dispatch the driver lied to them and said no one was outside when he "drove" by.The reps at dispatch are rude and rush you off the phone because they are " busy". This is crazy that there service is so horrible
My 5 stars are for my sons bus driver Adam and his bus matron Cepia you both are truly the best! My son runs to Cepia when he sees her hugs her and when he gets off never crying or a fuss I’m so grateful for them handling my son as if was one of their own. Thank you both for your kindness :- and your compassion
I thought I was coming with an original thought here. But unfortunately, I am in full agreement with everyone here. So unreliable, my child is ALWAYS late. Just when you think they have it together they up and change the driver, and change the pick up time without any notice. Like most the other parents here we have to work to support our kids. And if my child is not in school or is not picked up ontime ,I become late or absent from work and run into issues with my employer because this is my everyday excuse for being late or no show.
This bus company is a joke. I'm outside with my toddler waiting for the bus. No one called and said that they would be late. It's already been almost 30 minutes. Come on , I have work. So unreliable and late all the time UPDATE: THEY JUST CALLED AND SAID THAT THE BUS WILL BE OVER AN HOUR LATE. My special needs son was outside in the cold for almost 30 minutes. I will escalate.
I dont know what it is but they constantly changing drivers, they're late and when I say they're late is 1 hour or more. Some drivers are nice but some have a attitude this Company needs to be more responsible.
This bus company is a liar they say they try to pick my son up they never called I called multiple times they just keep on put me on hold
I wish there was a no star option. The worst company ever. Totally unprofessional, rude, irresponsible people. They lack all the human emotions that makes them humans. They do not care about the welfare and safety of the kids; most of the time the bus moves without even securing the child in his seat, they do not care if the child travels for hours, in the cold winter or in hot summer, THEY just DO NOT CARE if the child is just sitting for hours and hours. They are almost always late; never on time for pick up or drop off. And by late I do not mean 5 or 10 minutes. I mean like 30 minutes or even 1 hour. Since the beginning of the term in September until this date end of February has not arrived to school on time even once, or arrived home on time, or got picked up on time. And when you even try to ask/ talk/ chat etc with the bus driver and/or the matron, they just tell you not to bring 'the time issue' because they have so many kids on the bus. For instance, my child is supposed to be picked up at 7:00, but he is always picked up at least 15 minutes late, and his school starts at 8:15 but most of the time arrives at 9:00 am if not later. He leaves school at 1:45 pm, and he arrives home at 4 pm. And when you call the drivers, the matrons, the people you talk on the phone etc... are so rude, I cannot even find the words to describe the way they talk and treat you when you explain a situation. And what makes this company worst of the worst is their management because when you call and complain to the management no one cares. They just say we will follow up and talk with the driver and inform you the results. The management is as bad as their drivers. The drivers, on the other hand, are famous for the fender benders, probably one of the highest records. The worst thing is that the Dept of Ed keeps contracting L&M bus, and when you call and complain about this company nothing is done as if no one cares about those kids and their lives, or what is happening to them. Every day I send my child with prayers asking God to keep my child and all the other little ones safe.
I work there for a year now and I've never had problems with no-one. Good company nd great environment work
I have no complaints amazing bus company especially for the pre-K the bus driver arrived early today the baby actually got off his toddler stroller to walk over to his bus I want to thank them there are attentive and caring
