Love this gym! The instructors are welcoming and friendly for those of all fitness levels. But it’s definitely a place to push yourself and I really enjoy the fun group atmosphere. Workouts are killer but without the extreme competition or stress at other places. I’m not prepping for any particular Tough Mudder, I joined because I wanted something fun to mix up my routine. Which the varied workouts absolutely do. You will not get bored here. Whatever your goals, this is an awesome place to get in, work hard and get out.
This is hands down the best gym I have ever joined. I used to have multiple Gym memberships and never found the time to go or get my money's worth. Now with TMB close by, I am able to get my 45 min workouts during my Lunch breaks, which saves me a lot of time. I love the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the space and above all, the variety of the workouts. They always add up new techniques and you can still modify the workout per what you can do. I always feel very welcome there. This gym is more than just a membership. It is indeed a Tribe.
Great gym, atmosphere, and trainers! I like the partner workouts and you never want to slack and let your partner down. Working out with a partner helps to keep you accountable and have some camaraderie at the same time. You hit multiple stations and exercises every class which gives you a good full body workout, and the various classes are different enough to keep you on your toes. The also program the classes for a different focus every 6 weeks or so and if you want it let you test yourself to show you how much you have improved so on top of everything else you know you are getting great results.
SUCH A GREAT GYM!! They have awesome trainers, great exercise/class planning, and PERFECT workout music which is an underrated part of exercising, IMO. Each Bootcamp starts with a brief introduction by the instructor, a warm-up to get your muscles prepped, instructions on the exercises being done, and then the majority of time is spent working-out. They also have some time for stretching and cool-down procedures at the end. The workouts are different every time and you get a really good whole-body balance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Just started coming here during the pandemic and it was the best decision ever. They’re doing so much to keep us safe. Disposable masks are provided while we’re working out, they take our temp as we walk in, outdoor classes are fantastic, and the trainers plan fun events like yoga and hikes outside of class! On top of all this, its the best workout. Better than orange theory honestly sorry OT
Tough Mudder Bootcamp Denver City Park is the best gym I have been in over 5 years. The staff is very welcoming and encouraging without being overly pushy. They truly pay attention to their members. They check in on your through out the workout and give you helpful hints to improve your form and prevent possible injury. It's a nice breath of fresh air to have people as encouraging as the staff at Tough Mudder Bootcamp Denver City Park! I am hooked on this place at only 5 classes in!
I am in my sixth week of membership and only wishing I was in year six. The trainers are always motivating us to work through the last second. More importantly for me, they are focused on helping with correct form and coaching on the benefit of proper body movements. The environment leads to the patrons adding a feel like it’s a team workout, and we are all in it together.
This is the place to go if you are looking to be in the best shape of your life or if you are looking to loose weight. The workouts are always changing and consistently challenging yet scale-able and accessible to everyone no matter where you are physically. The coaches are a great bunch and the atmosphere of the gym is welcoming. Don't question if you can do this, just jump in and see amazing results in months.
I love this place!! Haven’t been that motivated to work out for a long time. Everybody is super nice and friendly and all fitness levels are welcome. It’s so great to improve your fitness and have a lot of fun on top of it!
I love this place. I have tried things like CrossFit before, but I always feel like they just try to make me tired to make it seem like a good workout. Here, I am constantly working a muscle group and know I'm getting a great workout. However, even though I am beat after, I never feel like I don't want to come back because it's too hard. In fact, I look forward to my next class as soon as I'm done. They also do a free class that got me hooked. Definitely recommend.
