Town Fair Tire

I have been a lifelong customer of Town Fair Tire and the reason became abundantly clear last week when I visited the Johnston, Rhode Island store. The store employees were courteous, professional and extremely informative. They presented me with all options enabling me to make the very best decision for my situation. The work was done to the highest of standards. I commend them all for a job well done. Thank you and see you for my next set of tires again!

Outstanding Customer Service and Technical Product Knowledge. Brian, was the attendant I worked with on May 8, 2018. After looking at my AWD vehicle and the tire tread bars on my tires Brian indicated it best to have 2 tires put on the same axle vs. 1. The Johnston Town Fair Tire did not have 2 tires but the Warwick Town Fair location did. Brian arranged to get me scheduled for a 2 tire installation in Warwick while I waited and closed with Casey from the Warwick location to put me on the same day schedule. Casey was equally professional and courteous and I got the job done same day. I will continue being a loyal Town Fair customer in the future. Thanks Brian and Casey for taking the extra time and effort to exceed customer expectations.

Great experience! Rob signed us in and recommended tire. Gave a brief but concise explanation. Two tires on in about an hour. No nonsense and EXCELLENT SERVICE! Thanks guys!

Brian was just wonderful. Was able to have my car towed in right before closing when I had broken down by the side of the road from a flat tire. Not only did he make sure my car was seen within the hour but I was not charged. Flat repairs are free here! I had a bolt in my tire which caused the flat. They were able to patch it from the inside. I am seriously recommending this place to everyone. I know I will be back for all my tire needs in the future. Just great service!!! Lovely conversations as well.

The shop staff appeared to spend too much time walking around looking for tools. Each bay needs all of the tools within a few steps reach to complete the tasks. The person this afternoon spent 1 hour 30 minutes on a simple four tire replacement for my vehicle. I could easily do this under an hour, or my regular shop even less time.
