Firestone Complete Auto Care

I came in for a state inspection sticker for a new-to-RI car. I called a few hours earlier and was offered an appointment to keep my wait down. I was here maybe 45 minutes from walking in the door, getting some work done (free wifi for customers!), paying, and leaving. Everyone was very courteous, and the waiting area was very comfortable. As a followup, I came back a week later for my 15,000 mile service and the technician tried to tell me my brakes were completely covered in rust from sitting longterm and I would need to repair them. After passing inspection the previous week.

Went to Firestone with a flat, because we had free tire coverage from a previous purchase. The issue was not with the tire, but with the wheel. At pickup, the cost was $375 EXORBITANT!!!!! I was made to sign a form during checkout that said I was aware the price was raised, when there had been no discussion of prices at all during repair. And for all this, they gave me back the wheel with the same old tire on it, even though I had free tire replacement. Same thing happened to another wheel a week later, I took it to Tony at A to Z auto repair. He was able to fix the issue for less than $200! And he added in a new wheel for free when he heard what Firestone charged. Never getting work done here again. Much more satisfied with my new mechanic.

This place absolutely sucks. . Customer service is terrible. They don't communicate, each tech gives you a different excuse on why they didn't do or check what u asked for.. Waste of time EVERYTIME, I always end up in seekonk fixing their errors..no such thing as on-time GUARANTEE with the providence office.. UR better off going to the Firestone in seekonk....

Bought 8 tires from them for both our cars! Scratched my new wheels and denied everything. Manager never called me back and had to chase him multiple times. Gave my car back in the middle as they couldn't get 2 lug nuts off and i had to go to pep boys, buy the right tool myself and bring it back to them!!!! Manager still told me he would call me back and never did to this day! use another location
