Helpful staff, good selection of tires (called 6 shops and only these guys had the right tires), nice waiting area, very clean shop, and EXCELLENT PRICES! 

After getting put through the ringer by Town Fair Tire the experience here was great! Best part is they use NAPA parts so you know you are getting the best!

not sure what bad things I can say. Cause even if things go wrong they always leave time to fix the issue addressed. I have brought over 7 costumers there and no issues. sometimes the material price can be crazy but the rate and the work done is great. Keep up the good work

NTB, Taunton Ave BEST BEST BEST customer EVER. I've been going to NTB I'm Georgia and in East Providence for the past 3 years and will not go anywhere else...

I wouldn't say I love coming here because that usually means I have something wrong with my car, but this place is great. The customer service is there, they have always been able to squeeze my repair in because it usually happens en route elsewhere, and the pricing is reasonable. I have used NTB in NH and GA as well and not once have they tried to upsell me on anything. If I go in for a tire repair my tire is repaired. They don't try to sell me windsheild wipers or radiator flushes.
