Melvin's Tire Pros

Overall I've had pretty good experience with Melvin's. My wife and I have taken several vehicles to the Seekonk location over the years, primarily for tire/wheel services (tire replacement, wheel balancing, alignment) and state inspections. In general the customer service is good, pricing is quite fair, wait times are reasonable. My most recent experience was a bit mixed in that new winter tires for my Audi sedan were improperly balanced. I brought the car back and reported the issue, and the tech rebalanced one tire which they admitted was incorrect and rotated the position of others at no charge. The wheel balance still wasn't right though and I ultimately had it corrected at the Audi dealer (which utilizes a Hunter Road Force balancer). Again I wouldn't hesitate to go back and overall have had a good experience. But if you're very particular about balancing or alignment, or have a specialized vehicle, you may find other shops a better fit.

Need something done and done right see Gary. The man is a walking definition of integrity and trust. The reason for the the three is the other clown that thrives on getting your phone numbers and email address's through relentless badgering. I finally give in and gave my email address, know about a week later or less my inbox is a spam sewer. Hmmmm. Glad I didn't give my phone number.

Very happy with the service and cost of repairs. Work is done quickly and they stand behind there work. They also keep you informed of future maintenance.
