Where should I start? First and foremost, this place has impeccable customer service. I'm treated as though I'm family from the moment I walk in to the second I walk out. They have a comfortable waiting area with multiple couches, TVs and a wide array of magazines to occupy your time while your vehicle gets serviced. Top it off, you can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea or hot chocolate and if need be, they have an incredibly well maintained rest room that you won't find at most auto places. Second of all, I'm a jeep owner. I love my Wrangler as if it's my child. Anyone who knows a jeep owner knows they take incredible pride in their vehicle and who services it. I'll never bring my vehicle to anyone else for service. The price of a synthetic oil change is unbeatable, with competitors charging upwards of $90+ for the most basic of services. My oil change was done in a fast and effective manner, and done by the incredibly professional staff. I love Premier Automotive, and I hope you'll go there for your next Automotive need.

2012 GMC Acadia failed State Inspection at Hurd because they said a rear control arm needed to be replaced. I brought the car to Broadway Tire. They told me that both rear control arms were in good shape. I asked how I could appeal the Hurd rejection and learned that DMV accepts challenges to inspection failures. I called DMV and scheduled an appointment the next day. DMV agreed that both rear control arms were in good shape and over-rode the Hurd inspection failure. Thanks Broadway Tire for saving me over $500 and for the great price on four new tires. The Acadia has new sneakers!

Great people & great service. Needed to have my high pressure fuel pump replaced & was actually told by their staff that Hyundai had an extended warranty I wasn't aware of that would cover the new part! They even reduced the cost of the diagnostics. Wish there were more places like this in the world. Permanent customer.
