Firestone Complete Auto Care

These guys are great, I don't understand all the bad reviews. I found them when I needed new tires for the winter. A couple months later I ran over a nail and because I bought the tires from them, they plugged/patched it for free. Even on short notice they were able to take care of it within an hour. I've gone there for oil changes and minor repairs, and the prices are always reasonable. They never try to upsell me or rip me off, but they will tell me if something is legit wrong with my car. I trust them and they do good work! Everyone there is so nice, especially Mike, and the mechanics will look you in the face and tell you what's going on with your car. Honesty is hard to come by! They can get pretty busy on the weekends so I'd recommend being okay with dropping your car off for awhile or going earlier in the week.

Most ignorant and unprofessional staff ive ever dealt with especially the manager who thought it was okay to insult my girlfriend who only asked a general question. If it wasnt for her being with me i would have handled the situation much differently in an untasteful manner. The whole customer service staff especially that manager should be fired for the ignorant comments and continuing to laugh as if what was said was alright.
