David, my sales/service representative, was thoughtful and courteous. This Firestone branch has kept my older model Toyota Camry running great for years! They're always able to accommodate my limited schedule, and are very thoughtful about recommending necessary service, while postponing those services that may not be as urgent. Thanks!

I was very happy with the staff at firestone the work was done in a timely fashion.I was done ahead of time and they were very courteous and friendly.everything was explained thoroughly to me.very professional.

Absolutely one of the best auto repair experiences. They are fair, friendly and very polite. Not the fastest service but well worth the time.....Thx guys

Shady people over at Firestone! Mainly Chris. More accurately a true scumbag! Had new tires put on about three months ago. Soon after the tire sensor lights came on. Brought it back to get it checked out they said the sensors had to be changed. Okay did it. Soon after the sensor light came back on before I could bring it back we hit a curb and scuffed up the front left tire. So we bring it back and tell them, they check it out. They tell us the front left tire has a gouge in it and needs to be replaced . The back right tire has to be replaced because of the sensor issue. Then this A-hole says the other two tires are worn and it would create a problem if we just change the two tires. So we need four. Okay we have a warranty we just got the tires done three months ago. This A-hole says we are not in their system do you have a receipt? As if you are out of luck if we don't. We did. It's a company car so approval is required. This Loser calls to get approval and tells them the sensor light proble is due to hitting a curb. Not true , the light came on before and he even acknowledged to us it was the right rear tire. Also we need a wheel alignment . So we can't believe the BS this weeny bag is dishing out , approval is denied. Take it next door to NTB I believe the name is and they tell us . Doesn't need wheel alignment and the reason the sensor light is on is because the seal between the tire and rim is leaking. It was installed improperly . The other two tires are fine also. What a PRICK Chris is! at Firestone. To think of all the wives and daughters he has taken advantage of . What a piece of S--T! Will be following up with the better business bureau .

The store does good work but they will try to upsell you any chance they get. Paid them a visit earlier this year to have my vehicle aligned and the tires rotated. Was talked into buying new tires and quoted for the job. Then well halfway through the job I received a phone call saying that I would have to purchase a tie rod and pay for the installation. This amounted to 75% of the original quoted price and the new total was close to the cars value. Nevertheless the car was no longer roadworthy and the tires that are ready been installed so I was locked into the deal. If this wasn't enough after retrieving my car the ABS light was on and had never been on before.. now it could be just a coincidence that it came on while was the shop but the fact remains that it wasn't on when I brought it in and it was on when I picked it up. I will not be visiting this shop again and I do not recommend it unless you know exactly what you want and clearly articulate to the sales people
