The unit is spacey, however, there are mice, roaches & bed bugs! On top of that, they got new management in who is a complete nightmare to deal with it to even get ahold of. They don’t even have a voicemail set up for crying outloud. I have to always act like a Karen when calling these ppl because they never respond in a timely matter, but they want to collect their rent on time! I have been hung up on by staff members all because they don’t want to do their job right. They’ve had multiple complaints. The pool was never opened for the summer so my kids never got to enjoy that! Just if you’re planning on moving here, be prepared to do a lot of things on your own & also be prepared to be ignored. Things fall apart as well & carpets were used! I had to deep clean myself. It’s just a pretty disgusting place to live in. Very dusty when I first moved in & they just repainted over the dust. You can see the texture in the walls. I guess that’s all I have to say, but there’s definitely more.
Lots of space but All the units have roaches. Kids running around trashing place. Giant stain on carpetlooked like something died there upon move in and I had to make them replace carpet. Constant issues.
Its an alright place to live, the community is pretty ok- you only get a lot of bugs if you cant figure out how to properly maintain a house right. directed There's a mouse problem and the pool hasn't opened since forever but i'd say its an OK place to live! Lots of room space and stuff. The staff is usually there to help with maintenance requests.
Don’t live here unless you’re desperate for a place. Lived here for a year and regretted it. Our apartment had a mold issue - and despite our numerous requests, they never properly addressed it. I have asthma and felt miserable in my own home because of it. Our apartment had a cockroach problem, too, and our neighbors living room ceiling literally collapsed. I also had a friend who moved into this complex, and their apartment had bed bugs. Besides the lack of proper maintenance, there was constant trash everywhere why was the common area maintenance fee so much a month if the common areas are in constant disarray? children constantly scratch cars, and there was a constant police presence. If you can, don’t waste your time on this place. For about $1300 a month you’re just gonna get a head ache
I love the space, large rooms. The kitchen is small and outdated. this is an old building. We have had some run in with pests, but the management was right on it and helped eradicate them. While some times maintenance is slow, we were able to get new appliances in the kitchen. They have always been kind and friendly. Yes, other tenants are not respectful with their children and trash; Management does try to comply the best they can. **How people live is not the landlords responsibility.** **You want clean living, then clean your house, pick up after your own children and pets. **
I have lived here for 2 and 1/2 years. I initially wrote a very poor review for this property. However, that was before I had really gone directly to our manager. At first I was angry about the pests and the seeming lack of concern from our manager. I couldn't be further from right. David is a fantastic manager! He will work hard to try and fix any problem you are having and is very considerate. You just have to do directly to David. The apartments are older, but they have a great layout and tons of room.
We lived here for 2 years. The pest problems are real. But the true horror became the management. In December 2019 I had to pay $5200 in funeral fees for my infant grandson. I requested leniency on January rent. We paid $1000, but would have to pay the remaining $315 with my first check in January. Said they'd work with us, but instead evicted us. Now facing over $5k in fees over $315. Shameful.
The apartments had someone come out to work on the AC unit. From the clippings they left on the floor I assume that it was the ground wire they were replacing. They finished the work on Thursday at 13:11 on Friday evening it began to rain and they hadn't fixed the hole that they left in the roof. There was flooding on the first, second and third floors and electric current was running thru the floor and walls upstairs. Now they have to replace a bunch of drywall and completely disrupt our lives because they didn't patch a hole. We have friends coming from out of the country to stay with us and have no idea when they will be doing the work. The price of rent was also changed at least two times before we moved in and what units were available. That should have been our first warning. You can rent or buy a house with a backyard at the price they charge. I highly recommend going anywhere else. 2016- there's smoke coming from our heater vents. They obviously haven't bothered cleaning the flu for at least a decade. If we hadn't been home there's no doubt in my mind that this place would be burning to the ground right now. It's mid winter and here we sit waiting for them to bring a space heater so my family and I can keep warm. They raised the rent $75.00 after our first year here and they plan on raising the rent another $50.00 this year. We won't be staying.
Very bad management .they never pick up the phone or return your message .
This is the worst place I have ever lived and the worst people I have ever dealt with. Granted I'm young but I'm not a fool. Way over priced with mold in the walls and bed bugs throughout. Maintenance is pathetic. It took me two months of winter to get them to look at my furnace which was literally blowing cold air and they told me my vents were covered and that would fix it. It didn't. When my window broke it took three weeks of bad weather to get it fixed. When the window guys came out they told me all the windows could go at any time because they were poorly installed and too old. The office manager changed three times in my one year there and then upon the end of my lease the most recent manager lied to my face when telling me the unit looked wonderful and it would be minimal repairs and billing. I got a letter in the mail 4 months later owing A LOT of money. If you put your money into this place you are going to regret it. Stay away. Far away.
