Via Apartments

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. From our experience we have had nothing but trouble from this management team. They have switched management three times since we lived there in 6 months and good luck even getting ahold of them. If you plan on doing anything with this company, plan on getting everything you do in writing. Only communicate with these people through writing. Also this gated community has allowed multiple car break ins and if you pay for a spot good luck getting anyone to answer the phone to have the car removed. On top of this I guess they allow their management to walk in without knocking so just be prepared. If you ever need out of your unit make sure you are prepared to get told one and thing and have to do another. They will blame you for lack of communication. There’s a reason they cannot keep a management team. Good luck getting scammed out of your money. Oh also make sure you ask for a breakdown of charges because they will add additional fees on top of your rent and amenities.

We've lived here for almost 3 years. The units are great and the property is very well maintained. Have to mention.. The maintenance team here is awesome. They do a great job, highly competent, very professional. Don't really have anything negative to say. The internet service here used to be pretty bad, but they upgraded it last year to true gigabit fiber. It's amazing. We love loving here. The amenities are also great. The workout room in particular is really nice.

Tara was super helpful in going over all amenities, pricing, and availability. She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. The property is beautiful and conveniently located. Update - Been having trouble getting a response from management for a few weeks after sending/getting approval on my application. I called 2 days ago and was told I would get a call back but haven't received any communication since.

Editing my previous review: Staff is great and always willing to help. There are things out of their control that hurt the property such as elevators breaking, tenants not being clean, crazy rent hikes, and increased crime in the area my car has been broken into inside the parking garage. They're doing a great job keeping up cleaning standards. Maintenance team is the best! Local area is nice and is 15 minutes away from everything you ever need such as the airport, downtown, malls, etc. Gym is nice and clean but could use more weight lifting equipment. Pool is nice and open year round for the most part with some maintenance issues every once in a while. Valet trash services are still unnecessary. Billing is weird and has some sketchy things to it. This might be my last lease renewal at VIA after 3.5 years. _______________________________________________________________ Old review: Staff is professional, friendly, and willing to help. They quickly respond to work orders and fix issues rapidly and efficiently. The reason I'm giving it 2/5 stars is because I see lots of room for improvement: 1. Valet trash services is useless and damages the walls on the hall, the carpets, and the elevator is stinky. Waste of money for the company and residents. Please poll this and see how most residents don't use it and want it gone. 2. Parking garage elevator not the main entrance elevator is very dirty most days. You can see the valet trash spills on the floor etc. 3. Gym equipment is a little outdated and boring. A few additions would make it MUCH better. 4. Previous management used to keep the lobby stocked with goodies, drinks, and coffee for residents and guests. Not anymore..

The apartments are beautiful and the complex is amazing. The hot tub is perfect and the gym is clean and has a lot of equipment.

This place is AMAZING! The apartments themselves are exactly like the model they show you. Extremely clean, open and cozy. All the staff here is super friendly and cares about each and every one of us. Will absolutely recommend this apartment complex to anybody!

Tara is absolutely phenomenal! She is organized, knowledgeable and personable which makes her extremely helpful through the leasing process. Tara takes the above and beyond approach and is obviously passionate about doing her best to help people find their new space at Via Apartments and settle in.

ViA apartments are beautiful. The apartments have great floor plans and the amenities are great and well cared for. The location couldn’t be better. Colton, the office manager, is fantastic. He’s very attentive and addresses concerns right away. He and his team do an amazing job of keeping the property running and looking great! ViA is a great place to call home.

I moved here a year ago and love it! The management is always on top of things and keeps the complex really clean! I have never had issues with unexpected fees and the management seems to really keep their renter best interest in mind. The street is pretty quiet and close to downtown, shopping, and hiking. Overall it’s a really great place to live!

The apartmens are nice and lighter, very good size but the parking areas are dirty. Prior administracions keep up with cleaning, the swimming pool closed this hot summer and the south gate is always oppen.broken for longer than three months as a result of that is unsafe.
