Toys"R"Us

The only thing this place is discounting is their customer service. 2 out of 3 employees we interacted were rude and displayed an attitude to simple questions. Also they had a big 30% off sign hanging on the front of the entrance and almost all the items we looked at they were only 10% off. We even found items and their proper homes labeled a different price and they did not honor their own price sale on their shelf. I just hope if someone saves Toys R us, that they revamp their management and employees training.

is this place haunted? my cart rolled away by itself, then some toys hanging near by were swinging and one fell. then it got real cold. it happened in the very back aisle in the science section close to the bathrooms. no big deal, I kept shopping and I love the place i just wanted to share in case anyone has similar experiences. #PagingZakBagans

It's closing its doors soon. Therefore it's not very well stocked. Definitely no luck in finding and of the new popular toys. They do have discounts going on but there still pricey, compared to other local stores.

I went to Toys R Us looking for a specific gift. However because of the Christmas season unfortunately the eye the game I was looking for it was not available. They did have a wide selection of different gifts and gift ideas in fact I found a couple items that I ended up purchasing for other people. Although it was only 2 days or 3 days till Christmas the store was pretty organized. It was still nice and clean and well-maintained. Being this was during the Christmas rush it was surprising that they've kept the store looking as good as they did. I hope that the Christmas season helps is troubled company for it would be a shame to allow a company like this go by the wayside of a Circuit City.

This store was clean but not the best prices even during Christmas, I purchased from a LA store and got much better deals. Sad that toysrus is going though. I didn't learn about them closing until after our recent trip to this store during the kids' spreak break. The prices are still high and the most they were discounting was 30% off on all bikes (which was actually a good deal but not many bikes were left) and motor vehicles/ scooters etc. Everything else was priced no lower than 10% off and the prices seemed marked up. That was 3 wks ago, I'll have to go visit again. They were also still very stocked at this location.
