I can't even explain how thankful I am for Yolanda. After a bad printing job elsewhere I went into see Yolanda (who was recommended to me). She took the time to explain everything to me and made small fixes that only someone who knows what they are doing can do! Thank you Yolanda for being the sunshine on my rainy and rough week! I will strongly recommend you to anyone that wants hassle free AND professional printing!!

Ordered a book for my thesis college assignment. Their website is outdated. Was treated rudely when I did not send them my credit card information over EMAIL which is extremely unprofessional and unsafe. Then, because I didn't send them my info they ran out of time to bind my book with glue, it had to be bound with staples to meet my assignment deadline. They charged me $20. To do staple binding. I could've done this on my own with my printer at home and saved my money and a rude phone call. Use Blurb instead.

The entire team at TPH have been an amazing resource to have. For over three years they have produced a wide range of custom and rush print jobs for me. Regardless of short notice they always manage to pull through and never sacrifice quality. A+++.
