TPH The Printing House

AVOID at all cost!!! Their staff is incredibly rude!!! The quality of work is low too. They charge up front and show their attitude (verbally and physically) if you ask them to fix things out of charge since they’re not printed as shown on file. It’s as if they do it on purpose (reformatting tables, moving titles to the bottom of the page etc) just so they can charge you extra for having work redone. They can’t even match the colours! Their laminating is also highly overpriced. Not only you have to wait 2-3 hrs to have a letter size page laminated but they also charge you for simply downloading your file from the pen drive. Everyone at this store should be fired and the company should rethink their customer service etiquette!!!

The staff are fantastic! I ordered some booklets to be printed for my office, and the staff went beyond my expectations! The initial order on Tuesday was for 2 copies of 3 booklets. By that afternoon i had to up that to 5 copies of 3 booklets. They were in constant communication with me, including sending me an email when the booklets were ready to be picked up. I assumed i was only picking up the 2 copies, and the other 3 on Monday, but no! They had all 5 copies ready for me and they were perfect! Highly recommend them to anyone needing anything printed! I've tried another local printer and The Printing House were far better!

Amazing Experience with this TPH location. They were short staffed and still completed a rush job in under an hour for us AND delivered it themselves. They did an excellent job, even though the file we had sent them wasn't ideal for printing. They exceeded our expectations and we are extremely happy. It was super easy to work with them. Thanks so much Pete and the TPH team!

Overpriced and the staff were exceptionally rude and condescending. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.

As a regular customer of this branch I can say the team is always very helpful and efficient in dealing with all our 'last-minute' requests. A big relief to have a printer like them so near to us! The quality is always great and they're always quick to offer solutions to our needs.
