The UPS Store

I worked with this UPS Store for over 6 month now. They are very friendly and professional people. Always go above and beyond to deliver the best quality work very quickly. I needed something for last Saturday and I walked in the store at 4:30 pm and placed my order. As they were not preparing it in the store, they had to pick up the order from somewhere else. Sina (the owner), picked up my order before he opens the store on Saturday and had it ready for me at 10am, no extra charge for the rush order as I am his repeated customer. This is outstanding service. I definitely recommend this store for the business owners.

I am a regular at this UPS location. I am more than satisfied with the service i receive, from helping me with with creating new waybills so there is no issues, to even telling me i have mail in the mailbox before i even check myself. This UPS location is the best one around! They make you feel like your the only customer they have. they care about what they do and it shows! I always love visiting my UPS store!!

I have a mail box at this location and I receive calls when there is mail waiting for me. I often email the files for print and soon after I am notified that the prints are ready , how Convenient. The staff is very professional and friendly and I am extremely happy with their SERVICE. Thanks guys for making it easy for me.

I'm at this location usually on a daily basis, the odd day i may not need to send out work packages. I will tell you right now that their staff goes above and beyond what ANY employer has to do. Something as small as running from behind the counter to grab the door for a customer with a handful of packages, too an optimistic greeting and saying " Have an amazing day!!" This locations is fantastic and i am honoured to be partnered up with their location and the company i work for.

I do not have a single criticism with respect to this UPS location. Fantastic customer service. Always love going in to chat and pick up my mail without any inconvenience. They have free chocolate too! Highly recommend.
