We installed, sanded, stained, and finished with a UV latex finish. So the customer can move in the same day.

I can not say anything about their guality of work as I could not get passed their project manager who came to give me a quote. The best I can say about him is that he was on time. He did not introduce him self just handed me his card and asked for my email. Measured the 3 rooms and hallway. Said he would send an email with quote and was gone! SO, do they use oil or water base products, how long will it take, how soon can they do the work, will they prep the floor remove the rest of the carpet etc. I already removed most of it do they move furniture. Not one thing was explained about their process. First impressions matter! So disappointing.

The process was terrible and the product was ok. I shopped around early in the year so I could get the floors done with out having to wait months to get on the schedule. Got a quote from THF and agreed to the next available start date. Turns out I was never put on the schedule resulting in a delay. I was initially told I never returned paperwork which I never received until I was able to refer to email chain showing such. Spoke to several people in the office trying to get it cleared up, everyone said I needed to talk to someone else and sent me to their VM. I never received a call back or email response, not once. I simply had to keep calling every 2-3 days to find out if/when they were starting. Call other places and they are now booked for months. Finally get on the schedule with THF and allow guys to use brand new bathroom but they didn't shut the door while sanding so it got covered in dust. Office sends email saying everything is complete w/ invoice when they were only half done. Had to send 2x checks as no one knows what happened to the first. The end result is ok but overall, I have no idea how they stay in business.

We do great work. We can get products that most companies don't use. The employees are very knowledgeable. I recommend this company for all your flooring needs yeah

Not sure what was going on, but right after hours today there were around 50 gunshots at this facility. I live in the neighborhood that backs this property.
