Before going to Traftons, I brought my 2015 Audi A5 Coupe Quattro into the dealer in the general Portland area for a major 35k mile service. They were booked out for almost 3 weeks and told me they wouldn’t be able to get to it right away as a result. A friend of mine referred me to Trafton’s. I was able to make an appt for the following week. To my surprise Jeff was calling me just 5 hours later to let me know that my baby was finished and ready to go! I am truly astounded at how efficient these guys are! When I asked exactly what was included in the service and what all was replaced, Joey promptly walked me out to my Audi and popped the hood to explain the service. I am so grateful for Jeff, Joe and the entire team at Trafton's. They always take great care of me, they are honest, reliable and they make me feel safe and heard even though it's beyond obvious that I know next-to-nothing about cars. I waited about a month after my last visit to post this review to make sure that my good feeling about this place was in fact true. Brought my 2004 Volkswagen in for repairs. Needed a timing belt and brakes. They were very helpful, Jeff explained all the prices to me clearly and even showed me what was going on with my car. Would highly recommend! They also have cool stickers!Services: Engine repair

My 2015 Jetta started leaking really bad. Called Traftons and they were able to get me in quickly while the dealer was weeks out.They figured out the leak very quickly once it got in and communicated well throughout the repair process. Jeff, Joe and Tommy are awesome! They helped me remove my wheel locks after I lost my key and also gave me 4 matching wheel studs and caps! I highly recommend going to Trafton’s!

I have used this shop before. I had a urgent issue. Jeff the manager let me know they are 2 weeks out but if I could get there in the next few hours he would help!
