Excellent staff. Excellent customer service. I was disappointed that they could not change the safety chains to longer ones to except my ProPride hitch. They simply did not have the materials on hand. And the trailer has welded attachments for the safety chains.

COLOSSAL LAWN CARE LLC. Trailer Plus is an A+ in customer service. I bought a heavy-duty dump trailer 4 years ago. The battery was stolen with a cable that I couldn't find anywhere. Finally decided to visit them again to get advice on what battery to buy and cable missing replacement. They helped me with the information I needed, PLUS they give me the missing cable wich is a huge relief. Went home and put everything together and went to work!!!! Horrible service bought a brand new $11,000 trailer with locks and it locks broke the first day and I had to call a locksmith and they refused to help me return anything said all sales are final. Really horrible way to do business.

The staff there was very friendly and helpful. The buying process was fairly rapid and straight forward. They did a safety check and explained all that needed to be known. I did pay more than expected due to fees and such and I wish those were reflected in the web price. It’s similar to buying a car. I would dock them a star for that but whatever, the staff was very nice.

We bought a trailer here a few weeks ago. Disgusting quality for such expensive price - disappointing purchase They make their prices from the air because of monopoly - there are no much choices in area around. Even more, after I came in to pick up the trailer, was asked to pay almost $100 more, they added Oregon taxes never heard local dealer asks you to pay and for labors checking new trailer for me - the craziest thing!. I tried to refuse to pay, they lied it's OR law, but I've never heard that. You are not welcome there, can't just come and look, need an appointment. We made one and arrived at company, there is no place to park because they keep gates closed, had to wait on lively road while they come to open gates. Actual trailer quality is very poor. Our trailer was manufactured a few days ago, but already rusted on many spots. Big gaps, bends. Bent roof, like someone stood on top. Some wires without protection, one touches tire. Painted quite wretchedly, bare metal on frame. It's started leaking in first rainy trip Thinking up any exorbitant price, making a discount for two thousand and believing that the client will be happy to overpay for poor quality?

Great experience. Picked up my trailer today. Good price was able to get exactly what I wanted and trailer was nice and clean when I went to pick up. Can’t beat the warrantee on the trailers either. Warren was helpful and able to answer questions. Assistant manager was nice to help when we had a problem with the towing vehicle connection. All around a great experience and will be happy to recommend to others and return myself.
