I had a great experience at Scott's Personal Training Gym. My coach Patrick, who I went to school with, helped increase my muscle mass, my deadlift from 60kg to 150kg, my Squat from 40kg to 120kg and my Bench Press from 50kg to 70kg. Patrick took the time to sit down and teach me about the correct diet and he wasn't a clock watcher, taking extra time every session to take measurements, warm up and cool down. He also met with my Dad in his own time to give him some guidance and advice about his frozen shoulder. Patrick coached me at a powerlifting competition that he organised at the gym and he even got me a ticket to a Brentford FC game!
I've worked out at Scott's Gym for more than a year & I would highly recommend it. Scott''s team of personal trainers are pros who know their business. I've been working with Patrick, who is a 5 star personal trainer. His work ethic and attention to detail in helping me be the best version of myself continues to impress me. I've achieved strength and fitness goals that I would have considered to be past me, and its been possible with Patrick guidance and rigour. Patrick checks in regularly during the week & his advice on diet and recovery is valuable. If you are thinking about getting a personal trainer, then Scott's Gym is the place to head out to!
Every session at Scott’s gym was intense, demanding, and fun. In my first consultation session with Scott, I remember saying that my goal was to be leaner in 7 months. He provided me with an amazing nutrition plan and I followed it for some time. However, once I began training with Alex, I realized that I wanted to be stronger instead. My nutrition plan changed and I started to eat 5 meals “2200 calories” per day. I was 71 kg when I first started training with Alex in September. Every session with Alex was tough. He’s an amazing trainer and friend. It’s clear that his passion is weight lifting and shoes! With his intense sessions I achieved my goals as I’m able to lift 100 kg squats, 84 kg bench press, etc. I’m currently 78 kg and am I’m proud to be stronger. My success couldn’t have happened without Alex’s help! Overall, I really enjoyed my time at Scott’s gym and I highly recommend others to join. It’s all about dedication, mindset and a bit of fun too!
I first met Scott over 14 years ago at a gym he worked in. I signed up for PT training thinking i was relatively fit and healthy and would only need a few sessions. I soon realised I had a way to go to achieve my goals and Scott was the one who would get me there. With careful food planning and a regular training schedule I was on my way! Training became fun and something to look forward to even Leg days! Scott is the definitive PT and on top of that, he is a fantastic person. Not only is he your trainer but will be your friend as well. So much so that he was even at my wedding! If you're looking for a PT don't hesitate!
I have been training at Scott’s Personal Training Gym for 7 months now and would highly recommend him and his expert team of personal trainers if you are looking for long term results that stick with you! I have been training with Patrick, a highly professional, result focused and motivating PT who I am super pleased with. I was keen to improve my strength and fitness level, loose a few kilos and inches around my waist. I have made massive progress losing 3 inches off my waist, getting more toned and fit and lifting 45kg deadlifts versus 21kg when I started. Now close to lifting my body weight! Patrick has helped me lower my body fat in a sustainable way that I know will lead to long-term gains and healthier habits for life. Patrick is incredibly passionate about what he does and takes a lot of initiative to help me stay on track and reach my fitness goals, regularly following up with me in between trainings and meticulously tracking and updating exercise programs as i have progressed, so i don’t stagnate. He focuses on training in a way so as to make fitness, health and nutrition a way of life and something I have started to enjoy and look forward to. In fact , some of my friends have also joined Scott and his amazing team after witnessing my metamorphosis
I’ve been training at Scott’s gym with Lewis for the past 8 weeks and have absolutely loved it! Having never weight trained before, Lewis designed a program for me which is tailored to my goals and includes weekly check ins on my progress, making sure I am confident In not just my training plan but my nutrition too. I now have more energy, have seen amazing improvements in my strength and feel so much happier about my fitness levels! Huge shout out to my trainer Lewis who has pushed me out of my comfort zone, brought so much energy to our sessions and made them so enjoyable. I’m really looking forward to seeing what I can achieve in the next 8 weeks and beyond with Lewis
After an initial assessment with Scott, I have been working closely with Heloise, personal trainer extraordinaire for the last few weeks. She is patient, firm and knowledgeable! Pushes you to be and do your best. She guides you through different exercises designed to make your body stronger. I can certainly feel and see the difference after 11 sessions. I move better and am healthier. Heloise also helps you with nutrition, guiding where needed. If you want to get fit the natural way - choose Scott's Personal Training and Heloise.
I've been training at Scott's gym for around a year now and couldn't be happier with how it's gone. I've got stronger, reduced my body fat percentage and built muscle. I put all this down to not just the meticulously planned sessions from my excellent coach Patrick, but also the help I've received improving my nutrition. This was something I always felt I wasn't getting quite right but from the first consultation with Scott it was clear that he and his team take this just as seriously as the weight training. They make sure you are properly fuelled for the work that needs to be done, regularly monitor the progress and do all they can to encourage you along the way. The results really do speak for themselves. Can't rate these folks highly enough!
I’ve been training with Coach Heloise for a few months now, and I could not be more thrilled about my experience thus far. Heloise is incredibly professional with in-depth knowledge and education to support her training structure. I’ve learned so much from her to help me define and refine my goals and progress for both in and outside of the gym. She has great energy, a positive attitude and makes the hour session so enjoyable. The facility itself is wonderful; an intimate space which is never crowded and provides all of the great equipment to support your training progression! I look forward to heading into the new year with Scott’s training facility as part of my new weekly routine.
I’ve been training with Alex at Scott’s personal training gym for over 6 months and I highly recommend. Alex has worked with me on identifying my goals, where the challenges lie and how to overcome them. My strength, fitness and motivation has improved massively since working with Alex. The gym allows for a very 1:1 personal experience and all the trainers are friendly and create a nice community feel.
