Travel and Transport Vacations

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Talked with a "Jenny" about booking a vacation with them. After several short responses from her, she gave us multiple reassurances that she would find locations in mexico we would love. She told us to give her 48 hours and said she would reply with multiple locations. Waited 5 days then called, said she was "getting around to it" and should "see it in our inbox by the afternoon". Never did. She had both phone numbers and emails, never bothered to respond or reach out with questions OR quotes on vacations....and in my experience that is what a travel agent is for. Waste of time.
