I called to inquire about a trip overseas and was told Holly would help me. I spoke with her and she asked a couple questions but generally seemed uninterested in trying to help and felt like I was keeping her from something. I followed up the next day and was told Holly would not be in until 10:30. I called at 10:45..was told again she would be in after 11. I called back in the afternoon. She was with someone. After the weekend I assumed I'd hear back...still no return call..I called again on Tuesday and once again she's too busy to talk to me. Needless to say I didn't call back. I called another travel agency in town. The next agent asked alot of questions ,acted interested in helping, and called back with info and trip ideas the same day. I will be booking with them this week. I was treated like I was unimportant by this agency and would NOT suggest using them. The 2 stars is only because the owner was polite on the phone.

Door County Experience: What a tour. Have been on very many tours and this one is one of the top tours. Washington Island was super on the Packer express. The guided tour of Door County was excellent. All places where we ate were very good. Our lodging was a great place to stay. Driver and tour guide did an excellent job and all the fellow travelers were very friendly and wonderful.
