We always have great experiences with Winebrenner Red Carpet Travel. We have booked many flights and all inclusive trips through them and everything is taken care of with great, personal service. Highly recommended!

The U of I used this travel agency for the bowl game in Jacksonville, Florida. Through the 3 day span there were multiple issues that could have been avoided with better organization and planning. The issues our group experienced included the following: 1) Day 1 at the airport the travel agency only had 2/6 of the badges we were suppose to get upon our arrival at the airport. They had no idea where the other 4 were, and told us to wait till we get down to JAX. The blonde lady who helped us out was also quite rude to us (and this wasn't the only time she was through out the trip, the others are listed below). 2) We approached the table where the agency was located in our hotel and (the blond lady) was very rude and short with us as to when we'd be getting our badges. She instructed us to come back again in an hour. 3) 2 people out of our group went down to get the badges we were missing at 12:30, and they had already packed up their stuff even though they listed the time on the itinerary they would be there until 1:00. 4) When we finally got our badges the blonde haired lady (again) was rude to us. 5) We were provided 2 busses to get to the pep rally before the game and we asked before hand if there would be role to know if we had everyone on the bus and they said no there wouldn't be. Thus, they could leave without some of the people who paid good money to receive this service. The same issue occurred before/after the game as well. Overall the experience with the travel agency was not good and it seemed very disorganized throughout the entire trip. The rudeness of the blonde haired lady did not help things at all either. The only reason why I gave this company a 2 star instead of a 1 is because the other lady from the agency was very polite every time we spoke to her, but unfortunately most of our interactions were with the other lady (I was unable to get either of the lady's names). I wouldn't suggest using them, unless you are for certain you are not dealing with the blonde haired women.
