Hey Carter. There is no need to give such a bad review to Trax Auto. Personally, I think it was just business. When I approached Tony about the car, I was headed to San Mateo while out for a drive. I had seen the car online the night before and when I called, they were available to show me the car. They did tell me that another person was interested in the car but I too was interested. I’ve been looking for a while and when I found it, I just had to have it. I made it a point to get it that day. They did tell me you were interested in it but, you were nowhere near. “I” wanted it and I made sure “I” got it. So the first person came and the first person was served. So don’t be mad at Trax, be mad at me for being in the right place at the right time.

I am pretty disappointed that I was communicating with Tony at the store, offered to send a check to hold the car till I could get to his shop from San Diego, and received a call back the day before I was going up there that they had just sold the car. It just seemed a little greedy to me and certainly not an honorable way to do business.

If you’re going to buy from Traxauto believe me! You’re on the right place to buy car for sure. Also they do have great customer service, what do you need about car ask you will get good response also they will always take care of you! I bought my first car from here it was Mazda rx8 I drove that car all over USA and I made with it 55k miles without problem so trust them you won’t regret
