I really liked the selection and variety of most of the plants available except for the succulents. They never have anything unique or different, just the stuff you can easily find at Wal Mart or Home Depot for a lower price. There was also an employee who asked me three or four times if I needed help with something. It was the same employee, and I felt like they weren't leaving me alone to look. I would rather be asked once, maybe twice if I need anything. Being asked four times was rather excessive.

Unimpressed with the customer service here. Previous homeowners used Tree Top to winterize and open their sprinkler system...since we've moved in it has been nothing but headaches and inconveniences dealing with this company. It's the busy time of the year for them, we get it and have tried to keep that in mind, but don't waste people's time by not calling them back or not showing up when you say you will. Everyone is busy. Good riddens.

This morning my friend and I went to the shop and we talked to the receptionist about getting someone who can talk to us since we are interested to get an estimate about landscaping for my house. The receptionist called Catherine and Catherine came to see us. My friend said, "we would like to have the estimate about landscaping for her house." She looked at me and said, " Can you speak English? " I was shocked. As an Asian, I felt offended. My friend, who is a Caucasian, said, " Yes,she speaks English. " I pointed at my friend and joked," he's my interpreter. " She said, "you pay 100 dollars for estimate about landscaping then we will reimburse you 100 dollars when we do the landscaping. " I don't want to pay for an estimate in case I won't use their service then I will lose 100 dollars. In the meanwhile other landscaping company would give free estimates. So we said that we won't do it and walked out of the store. It was not a big deal but we didn't feel well treated.

Tree Top's sticker prices are a little on the high side on the plants themselves compared to other local garden centers, but prices on other stuff is competitive. There are a couple of ways you can actually make the prices here better than anywhere else in town though: firstly, they have frequent and deep discount sales. Also, If you buy their annual discount t-shirt you get an discount all year long. In our case it's always worth it. I've found their staff to be the most pleasant and knowledgeable around. I've been here a lot and never had a negative experience in any way.

Wow, they have beautiful trees and lots to choose from.
