I brought several items to get a pawn for about 5 days. I thought the idea of a pawn shop was to loan you pennies for an item and charge interest when you come back to pick it up if you dont they can sell it for way more then they paid you for it. Not these guys seems they just want shoplifters gift cards for 50 percent off or stolen jewelry.

Attempted to pawn cordless drill, battery and carry case. Lady reviewed and took unit to back of store for other person to look at. Moments later she returned saying they were only accepting NEW tools as they had surplus of tools already. At no point did the lady ask how much I was looking for or anything like that. To me this was bad business.

If I could give this store less of a star I would, even in the negatives if even possible. They damaged my TV, altered the ticket, made no attempt to tell us the tv was damaged and then a manager had the nerve to yell at both my husband and I. And no, they won't replace the tv with one that is the equal value. I just have to say this is possibly the worst experience I've ever had with a pawn shop in my entire life, I will never go back and I do not recommend anyone to go there and pawn anything. Just remember folks, have them check your stuff before and after you get it out. I am not through with this.
