Will Jewelry and Loan

These guys are AWESOME! I made a purchase online and when I screwed up on the shipping, they took care of everything! I am a Marine and rarely leaves reviews but these guys deserve this one! They shipped me my item super fast, with tracking, and responded to every phone call or e mail I sent, if not immediately, the next day! Places like this make me happy to do business with! Drove 4 hours one way to make a motorcycle purchase .John and the whole crew were very helpful in helping me load the bike.they were very honest in the description of motorcycle and I got a great deal .

The constomer service is great, nice clean establishment full of good stuff. Weather it's to buy, to get something on lay-away and pay as you go, or get a loan and/or sell something. Plus, you can sign up to be a Wills Club Memeber and have a chance to spin the "Big Bucks Wheel" each day you come into the store, and as your numbers add up, ( example: you spin and get the number 4, you get 4 dollars in Wills Club credit), you can use that as credit to purchase something, or keep stacking them up and use points alone to pick something out when you like :) just know, if you haven't used your club points by the last day of each year they will expire and start over.. These are good hard working kind people who work here, and strive for customer satisfaction! I Highly Recommend & personally won't go to any other pawn/ loan shop, other than Will Jewelry & Loan. Make them your "go-to Jewelry, Gun, electronic, loan or sell one stop shop too!! :)

They treat you like you are a crackhead lowball you like hell. $20 for a $1000 dollar ring go to St. Albans you will get a better deal
