Poor value for the price. We chose this company because the staff seemed nice and they had the time slot available that we needed, but we ultimately regret our choice. The prices are not on their website for a good reason. They sent us the prices in an email before the shoot and it seemed like digital copies of the photos would be included in the $125 price, but found out later they are not. It was a very very costly misunderstanding on our part. The cheapest option available for print is $45 for one 4 x 5 photo. When we talked to them afterwards, they said they gave us an opportunity to ask questions, so it's our problem. If we want to purchase one single digital photo not all, just one, we can pay $95. I found several other studies that only charge $150 and you get digital photos included, so I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. The quality of the photos was fine, but nothing to warrant $45 for a single printed photo. There was a baby and they had NO toys or anything for the baby to help keep focused. The baby was naturally a bit fussy under the lights and such, so when the family got her to smile, they needed the photo taken quickly. This did not happen. Overall, this place looks like they offer comparable prices to other places, but the value is not the same when you look at what you actually get.
Rachelle did a great job with my photos! She was prompt, courteous, and very professional. I needed digital proofs ASAP and she got them to me with plenty of time to spare, so I'm very happy with her service! Convenient location, excellent demeanor, and pricing that seems to be par for the course. I cant speak for the other reviewer but the complaint they describe seems to be pretty normal photography business from what I know, so I cant see this business being at fault for that... Certainly a price complaint doesn't warrant a 0 when they clearly said the pictures were fine! I have already recommended Rachelle to other professionals needing headshots!
Penny did our daughters senior pictures and I can’t even say enough about what a wonderful job she did! We just picked up her pictures and the prints are even more amazing. I would 100% recommend Penny with TriVillage.
