I went into Triactive Sports looking for a bike trainer. Daniel (a coowner), assisted me in finding a trainer that suits my needs. Not only was the price competitive, he gave me a discount on the climbing block just for buying it with the trainer. He walked me through setup and how to use it using another trainer on the floor. He was very thorough and knew his stuff. If you need supplies for any triathlon related sport (swimming, running, or cycling), stop in. They will treat you right!

I needed to get a pair of jammers for my son to wear to swim tryouts the very next day. I called the store number and learned that they were closed. However, they opened the store for us, helped us pick a pair of jammers and gave us a discount! Best customer service experience I've had in a very long time.
