Absolutely beautiful!!!! We loved this view. We were able to get stroller around just fine. Places to fish, boat, eat and walk!

Float, raft, swim or kayak in the lake while enjoying the views of Mt. Hood and the surrounding forest. This place is incredibly popular and parking is limited, so be sure to get here before 10am in order to get a spot. Despite being at a higher elevation, the lake is usually a cool, yet comfortable temperature in the summer.

Beautiful! Went in May, before camping reservations opened up. Highly recommend visiting that time of year.

We were there in July. We drove down after being up on Mt. Hood. Even though parking was tight, the lake wasn’t over crowded.  Mostly people picnicking along the shoreline.  Beautiful shots of Mt Hood reflecting on the lake.  Very picturesque!
