One of the worst organizations I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Not only are their staff incompetent but they stand to profit off incompetence due to Texas ridiculous authority bestowed upon homeowners associations. These people are thieving crooks who’d rather foreclose on your home than make an actual phone call or remedy an issue. Probably exactly what an HOA would want in a management company truthfully. Voters of Texas: always vote against strengthening HOAs. Your home values have nothing to do with their feeble attempts to provide amenities to a neighborhood. Your home values have to do with the location alone. Run, don’t walk away from houses within HOAs - ESPECIALLY if they’re managed by this horrid organization.
Jessica and Vivian were very professional and proficient. A somewhat young staff overall that really need to listen to understand versus respond. Brittany is disrespectful and absolutely needs to be FIRED.
To the so-call “new management” of Triquest Management: Triquest was sent a termination letter on Saturday, November 19, 2017. Now, this is only the tip of the iceberg. I sent an email on November 13, 2017 to Triquest inquiring about fraudulent checks written on the associations account. Yet, no satisfactory response has been received. So, you said “underwhelming experience towards the end of our contract” that statement does not apply to my experience. You have not addressed any of my concerns. Previous Review posted in January 2018 I had major communication problems with this company. People at Triquest were mean, rude and short on email replies. I felt like I was not a customer. Over a year ago I said, "It's a pleasure to have Triquest…" in my previous 4-star review. It was when they started managing our community. The staff was nice at first. But just few months dealing with them, I had second thoughts. I don’t know why Triquest brought constables from Fort Bend County to our annual meetings in Harris County. They allowed officers’ aggression toward homeowners at our meetings. Last year’s annual meeting got really ugly. Absolutely no way. No more!
Seriously lacking in customer service skills. They are trying to fine me with no warning/grace period. Failed to provide accurate documentation of violation. Violation letter did not even have correct language. Been trying to clear this up for a year now! They refuse to speak with me because I'm only a tenant. Unprofessional and unreliable.
They rarely reply to emails, put you on hold for 15 minutes only to tell you no one is there because it's lunch hour. When I asked what time they'll return, I was told that there's no specific time and they can take as long of a lunch as they want and although it's 1pm they cannot promise a call back from a manager today. This is at least our 5th time asking for a call back within the last 2 weeks and no one has called. We have been asking them for association files for an HOA that terminated management with them effective November 1st/Oct 31st It is now November 10th and 3 weeks have gone by with NO information except addresses and owner names/contact info released to us. They have been paid and will not release the association information EVEN AFTER THEIR TERMINATION DATE AND THEY IGNORE OUR CALLS, PROMISE THINGS AND NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH!! They replied to our email requesting money or sending the same address list we already have! We need vendor information, balance information, any legal files, financials, governing documents, etc which they are required to release upon termination, and they have not sent any of it.
Triquest Management are hands down the best when it comes to property management, not just in Houston but in the U.S. as well. Their friendly staff are always there to help when you have any questions or inquiries. Getting in contact with a live person is as seamless and simple as it can possibly be. Their customer support is second to none. The fact that they are the most cost effective management company means that you will never have to worry about sacrificing quality due to a lower cost. You will you get the best of both worlds both quality of service and cost effectiveness. For your property management needs look no further than Triquest Management.
This company is trash. Customer service is horrible front desk person lied and told me there was no one to talk to but back office was working on my issue. Finally I get a statement with all this charges they say I owe. The crazy part is I contacted them first if I would have never contacted them they would have known about us. I guess paying fee was my punishment for being honest. With HOA like this we don't need one. Francisco is a joke and no help. Do not purchase home if this is HOA
Our board absolutely loves you Triquest! The community Loves you. At least the ones that are paying there dues and cleaning the siding of there homes. Sure we were skeptical in the beginning, but we felt your presentation was surprisingly advanced. 24 months later the verdict is in..4 stars but I'm leaving 5 because of the all of the previous attacks on this amazing company that bends over backwards for us.
They charged me fees when there should be no fees to pay dues. You can never get someone on the line. The worst.
Little, if any, feedback on requests. Poor at returning phone calls. No answers on half the emails I send them. Don't know how they survive. This is NOT spam. It is a true recording of facts about Triquest. After being fired from managing Sunrise Meadow HOA they refused to turn over the accounts receivable status for homeowners payments causing trouble for ALL homeowners to prove payment of annual fees. A spiteful act for what purpose? Just cause trouble for the new manager to whom they lost the business? Triquest is not likely to survive based on their poor performance and poor relationships.
