Story

The TriYoga® form offers a gentle and loving practice from basics to level 7, that accommodates all, regardless of age or condition. This profound method of practice offers a complete and authentic system of yoga, transforming body and mind into a deep meditative state. This allows for the intuitive flow to manifest in daily life; awakening a mindful state of “relaxation- in- action” complete with radiance of health, happiness and wisdom.

Mission

TriYoga New Orleans aspires to create a supportive community that welcomes and inspires participation, and fosters personal and spiritual growth. It does this by offering classes, workshops, retreats and teacher training in the TriYoga method, and supporting TriYoga International and its projects.
