First Class all the way. I recently traveled to Philadelphia for a family function, l booked a round trip airport pick up and drop off with Trophy Limousine Service. The reservation staff was wonderful, the drivers were prompt, courteous and professional. The vehicles were immaculately clean and extremely comfortable to ride in . They seemed to be brand new due to their pristine condition inside and out. Finally the price quoted was the price charged , no surprises. To say traveling with them was a pleasure is an understatement.

There was a large group of us traveling from Philly to the suburbs for a wedding so I set out to book a van for us to travel safely. I was shocked as to how few companies returned my calls, but Trohpy picked up the phone when I called and provided excellent customer serivce over the phone. They were super helpful when I called back to book with them, and our service we received on the day of was top notch! Our driver Jeffery arrived early and he was wonderful. I would highly recommend Trophy to anyone with transportation needs!!

Here is what I sent management after my experience with Trophy Limo and Devin as a driver.! “Good morning! I am embarrassed with how delayed this email is! I wanted to send a note to the highest form of management letting them know how wonderful Devin, our limo driver on July 14th, was for us. Aside from being incredibly kind and patient, he was GREAT at his job. Somehow, he got police officers who were overseeing roads near the Backstreet Boys concert to move cones and let him drive us right through to the front grate – he was adamant we didn’t walk! He picked us up perfect timing in the exact same place. Also, as me and my best girl friends were boarding the bus, Devin noticed the Backstreet Boys driving by – he pointed it out right away and we were able to have a total fan-girl moment and run after the bus this evening was meant for me and my girlfriends to relive our 90s childhood!. Anyway, after dropping my friends and I off in the city, he drove my mom and Aunt home and sent me a very polite and professional text letting me know they were safe. Devin was the cherry on top of our cake! He was the best – and sr. leadership should know it! We will absolutely be using your services again – because of Devin – and will be requesting only Devin going forward THANK YOU, DEVIN!!!!!!!!!!”

I am impressed with the team at Trophy each time I work with them. The reservation/dispatch staff is unfailingly polite, helpful and speedy. The vehicles are clean and the drivers professional. I am proud to have them represent our firm!

Trophy limousine is my go to for special events. I have used them so many times and I can not get over how professional they are and how well they take care of us. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a safe and fun night.

Great experience. My family and I needed to be picked up at 4:30am from NJ and brought to the PHL airport. Our driver arrived early, was courteous and made our ride very comfortable

Prompt, friendly, and very professional. Dealt with my last minute request with no problem even found away to get us to Philly in reasonable amount of time despite all the traffic on 95. Plus the price was the best compared to what others told me they were recently charged or quoted.

Booked Trophy for a surprise airport transfer for my wife's 30th birthday and all I can say is wow! Our driver Mark was punctual and didn't rush us whatsoever. He was so kind and courteous and drove very nicely. Communication with Trophy was also better than I could have asked for. They catered to my specific needs and frequently updated me with confirmations. Would definitely book again with Trophy Limo!
