Trophy Run

We enjoyed our timeshare presentation with Trophy Run. We didn't end up purchasing anything, so this review is from someone who said "no". We were given a two night hotel stay, a $50 show voucher, and a $30 meal coupon. Everything was nice and enjoyable. The gentleman who presented our show did a wonderful job. He was friendly and very personable. The location was very serene and we loved the log cabin feel. We did not feel overly pressured and actually enjoyed our conversation with the salespeople.

Shady as can be. I only give 1 star because i can't give 0. Don't trust anything they tell you. Drove all the way from Springfield to buy an item they had for sale, only to find out when we got there that they had sold it to someone else earlier in the day. They knew I was coming down, and rather than tell me that someone else bought it, he just decided to stop responding to me and let me waste my trip.

We absolutely loved this place.. it was peaceful, and we had everything we needed.. kids loved it, and they want to come back again.. highly recommend

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Quick to take your money, screw up your bank account, never call, only communicate through email which is very rude, blame the credit card company, its been a month and still waiting their 3-10 DAY return policy and no compensation for any of THEIR MESS UP? Make sure to read ALL the reviews of a business BEFORE you buy! Would love to hear from the owner but I know that won't happen.

I was contacted by Trophy run after entering a contest for a free vacation and was sold a package to what I was told to stay at their resort. They wound up putting us up in a cheap motel that I could have booked for half the price myself. This is the most incompetent establishment I have ever dealt with. We received $50.00 in show ticket credit as part of our package. They did not make our show reservations even though they charged me for the difference almost a month prior to our arrival. I kept being told "well we had a different manager then" and "we've had that happen to several people, we had a new girl working the desk and she is no longer with us"! Then I did not receive my Branson guest pass that was supposed to be part of my package. We'll see if that gets resolved. Needless to say I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! I travel extensively and have NEVER had such a negative experience.
