Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I have been to this Rochester location many times since they first opened. At the start this place was great and you could tell that the owners cared and had a direct impact on the speed and quality of service. No adays I have nothing but bad experiences here. I have stopped in 3 times in the last 3 weeks and each time a specific employee named Kim has done nothing but openly complain about her co-workers and customers. She constantly reacts in negative ways towards her co-workers and I watched her openly embarrass her other two co-workers today in front of 5+ people for a mistake she clearly made. If this is the way a great business opportunity like this will be run I wont be returning. It's a shame because I love the smoothies, but I won't support this moving forward.

This establishment used to be great. Sometimes (not very often) they would get things wrong, but they'd quickly fix it. However, nowadays, I can't seem to go here without them getting at least one thing wrong with my orders i.e wrong chips, pieces of plastic/metal in my food. It's pretty overpriced too for the quality of the food. In addition, I've honestly never seen someone that looks to be over the age of 18 working there anymore, so that might be the source of the problem. Overall, the food is okay, but if you're not willing to deal with busy lines or pricey food, I'd go to Dunkin' Donuts or Wendy's.

Had a mocha madness smoothie. SOOO DELICIOUS! Going to order a BAJA CHICKEN WRAP my next visit. Service was good, not too busy at 12:30 pm. Clean restroom :)

Used to work for them, awesome food and good customer service. Cassie is the best!
