Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I work around the corner so our office orders from here regularly. Every time I come in to pick up it’s like nobody cares that I’m standing there waiting for someone to assist. It usually takes a few minutes for someone to acknowledge that I’m there, even though I’ve seen numerous workers in the back look right at me...

I hope and pray tropical smoothie corporate sees this. It has happened constantly with the 30+ minute lines for simple smoothie orders, ghetto kids hanging around the outside and inside. This location disgusts me to my core.

Great service, and the food is awesome. they just need to fix the app but other than that I love this place!

Please please read reviews before coming here this place sucks very slow and bad nasty food and service and employees very short handed.
