In our previous home we had a dear friend and cat lover to sit for our little guy. So, when looking for a service to take care of our cat - who is more like a dog when it comes to attachment and neediness - it was vital that we found one that would do more than just feed, water and clean the litter. And with Anne, at Trusty Tails, we found that and much, much more. A kind, gentle, thorough and dependable sitter, Anne took such great care of our monkey. And, their web-based system for scheduling and visit notifications/updates (with detailed notes and photos), made the whole process seamless on the front end and provided total peace of mind on the back end. We are so grateful to have found Trusty Tails and Anne.

I’ve been using Trusty Tails for almost a year and it’s been great. The walkers always read my notes and instructions and I always get a complete report. The pictures of my dog on his walk are the best. Highly recommend!

Trusty Tails has been caring for Brewster for a long time now. The crew has always been attentive to her needs and I get updates and photos every day! The office staff are responsive and does a great job handling any special requests we might have. Since using Trusty Tails, I've always felt at peace knowing my Brewster is in good hands!

Online dashboard is super easy to use. Being able to add notes to the walk at multiple times is great because I can keep them up to date with how my pup is doing. I loved the photos from the walk and the immediate update after the walk was over. All instructions left we followed through and my puppy was well taken care of.

Working with Trusty Tails has been an absolute pleasure. Our dog walker, Kerri, is attentive, loving and profession. Scheduling is made easy with the online portal and app so you never have to worry about calendar confusion. They are also very accommodating with last minute scheduling needs. Love them!
