I used TSR for my car accident and couldn’t have made a better decision! The entire TSR Team is amazing. I would like to start out and saw that working with Steve personally was one of the most easiest and hassle free things I have had to do. He came to home right after the accident and I described to him what had happened and gave me the options on what to do and we went from there. It took a matter of 4 years from time of accident to yesterday ( May 29th 2018 ) to finish up my case and it was very professional and stress free the who way through. As I worked on fixing myself, Steve was right there to make sure I was personally feeling better and to give me updates on what was going on every step of the way! I am EXTREMELY pleased with the whole TSR law firm and would recommend them to anyone! Professional and accountable! You couldn't ask for a better group of individuals to have on your side when in a time of need! Thank you to everyone at TSR! It was an honor and a privalage!

Rich Ruohonen and TSR staff provided tremendous representation and service for me over a 2 year period. Constant communication from Rich and his office. Very easily accessible at all times, prompt, thorough. Rich took the time to keep me informed on the status of my case, what had been done and what to expect. Rich was a support for me from start to finish, often times providing me with suggestions when I had questions regarding options my doctors had provided. Rich was always clear and direct but not pushy, never making me feel uncomfortable in any way. I suffered a severe traumatic brain injury as well as chronic severe pain from an auto accident. TSR staff completely took the legal responsibilities as well as the need to deal with insurance and medical provider billing off of my plate. For someone with a brain injury, handling those responsibilities is a burden that is not possible. I could not have gotten through this without Rich and TSR. My quality of life has been changed for the worse permanently and significantly. The care, concern and time that Rich put in to my case allowed me to get the maximum financial benefit from insurance. The accident and injuries I sustained took away many things from my life and that of my family.
