Avoid this firm at all costs. The lawyers here have no idea what they're doing. I was married to an abusive woman who accused me of being an alcoholic who "threatened to kill her." In spite of the evidence proving my innocence, including video evidence contradicticting her claims in this regard, and the domestic charge being dropped as a result, I had to cop to a disorderly for being mouthy with the police, yet all my paperwork states "Disorderly *linked to* a domestic charge," even though my ignorant criminal lawyer (Adam Goldfine) denies this is the case. My divorce lawyer (Adam Galili) seemed not to know what he was doing from the onset, and I should have just fired him after the first hearing. My ex wife's lawyer easily bested him in every regard and my daughter lost her father, along with her entire extended family (grandparents, aunt, cousins, etc.) for a year and a half while my lawyer did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. At the beginning of the divorce, my ex's lawyer actually quipped, "This is going to be easy. He doesn't seem to know what he's doing." And she was spot-on right. In spite of my lawyer assuring me the court wouldn't make it impossible to live and support myself my wages were garnished, taking a thousand dollars a month from me for support, and I lost my house along with over half my retirement funds, after my lawyer assured me he could save my retirement. If you're looking to lose everything, then certainly hire someone at Tarshish & Cody. They are more than willing to put you in debt while you gain nothing from their services. My ex wife did everything wrong and I did everything right, but I lost big because she hired a good, aggressive lawyer and I went with Tarshish & Cody. I've since talked to other lawyers who are horrified by the supreme incompetence I encountered with this firm. Do yourself a favor and hire a firm with intelligent, knowledgeable lawyers interested in actually winning. You won't find that here. Unfortunately, I cannot make a negative five star review. It really doesn't matter what your legal woes happen to be, the lawyers at Tarshish & Cody will be easily outmatched. The laywers of Tarshish and Cody do not have your best interests in mind, only their own. You can do much, much better. Unfortunately, I paid much more money for a knowledgeable lawyer to undo all the damage done by Tarshish and Cody. I now have fifty percent custody of my daughter, something Tarshish and Cody could not provide. I found someone better and more knowledgeable to provide a winning strategy. You ought to do the same.

I had a great experience working with these guys. Ben was amazing taking my call on such short notice. Adam did nothing but understood my frustration and help me through my personal problems. I will recommend them any time. They are great lawyers. Clean and friendly environment.

My experience with Tarshish Cody, PLC has been positive and professional in every way. Each attorney and staff person that I interacted with was a pleasure to work with and were always focused on ensuring that all of my questions and concerns were addressed and dealt with to my satisfaction. I plan to continue to use them for legal advice and representation in the future and wholeheartedly recommend them to family, friends and business associates.

These guys's number one priority is your satisfaction. They're easy to work with and communicate well. Rarely would one describe attorneys as good guys, but the people at Tarshish Cody are just that.
