Tualatin Valley Academy

I went to this school from 7th to 8th grade, the students were enjoyable individuals (one exception), the teachers were extremely caring and attentive, and the curriculum was effective.

I love this school! Mr. T (the principal) is such a nice and helpful person. He truly cares about everyone and tries to help when he can. I've never seen a principal stand by the front entrance school doors outside on some mornings and greet all the students and parents coming in. This is a very personal touch that I really enjoyed. The gals in the front office are really responsible and helpful. If you call during school hours, Monica will answer the phone right away and help with whatever you need (some schools ring and ring and ring). If you email her, no matter how busy, she'll email you back promptly. I love all the teachers my son met there, all the staff, even the after school staff is super on top of it. Can't say enough good things about this school. Sad we have to move😕

TVA is a school focused on giving kids high-quality Christian education. I have kids in the elementary school and preschool and the teachers have been phenomenal. They take time to really get to know my children and to help them be as successful as possible. The small class size is wonderful, and there is great emphasis on hands-on learning both in and out of the classroom.
