This was about a year ago ... my mustang convertible top was separating from the window in the back. All the other places told me I'd have to pay $1300 for a brand new top. The car was already 10 years old so I was not thrilled to hear that. I was so glad to find Tucson Tops. They were fast, friendly and affordable. Best of all - they were able to glue the glass back to the top without having to replace the entire top. I highly recommend their services!

This turned out to be such a disappointment. We had our Miata top replaced there and I can't find one positive thing to describe our experience in this review. I can't say the customer service was horrible because there really wasn't any. The same could be said for their communication, there just wasn't any! Now as far as the installation itself went all I can say is my car came back with a huge rattle deep under the dash and no longer any sounds from my stereo system. No I cannot think of any reason he was under the dash behind my entertainment system. You may be asking why didn't you bring it back? Because I don't ever want myself or my car within miles of that weird place! And yes this is a review for Tucson Tops LLC, 3415 e. Kliendale Rd. They obviously can't be trusted.

Quality of work great but everything else makes that NO longer matter! Bad attitude, poor communication, and zero follow up!

Tucson Tops did just what I needed, and it turned out beautifully!! I highly recommend this business, great work, fair prices, loving care for your vehicle.
