Tuesday Morning

This store is huge but there is not a lot of merchandise inside,some of the shelves are bare. Overall..good customer service, good finds at great prices!

Wasn't allowed to return item new, tags on, sellable condition because it didn't come from their location. I've never heard of that being policy before. My receipt was older than 30 days, and I figured I had to get a store credit, but the manager said she wouldn't do the return. I have been able to do returns at other locations even when the item wasn't bought there with not problem. I just really don't appreciate not being able to make the return since it was the closest location to me at the time. Guess I'll stay away from this location from now on.

I like the layout and selection of this store. It smelled great when I walked in. I felt "luxury" in my nostrils. Mm. Use post office coupons for 20% off entire purchase. Great deals

Let me warn you, you better keep your receipt for anything you purchased from this place and do not take the sticker off! They will not do returns or exchanges of any kind unless you have a receipt and the sticker is still on the product. I even showed them my bank account transaction with the exact date and time that I purchased the product and how much the product was, and they still would not even give me store credit or let me exchange out the product, which they sold damaged to begin with! The manager just kept saying "We don't have any way to prove this is actually what you purchased," even though the cashier verbally told the manager she remembers that exact product being in their store at Christmas time. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but the manager was completely unfriendly and unhelpful in this situation, and I will not be coming back into this store.

Such a variety of different home, outdoor, and travel goods! I appreciate the stationary section especially--I cannot find the Punch Studio journals that I have traditionally gotten for the past 7-8 years anywhere on a consistent basis but Tuesday Morning. Thank you for all your hard work!

I love this store! They have lots of things that are handy that you never think about. I have to make sure I set aside at least 2 hours just to go shopping here

The selection at this location is on par with other Tuesday Mornings but the customer service and check-out experience was remarkably poor and out of line with my experiences at other stores. Multiple items were rung up incorrectly and/or double charged. It took a long time for the staff to admit there had been any error. After they finally did, they insisted though I was still at the register when the errors were flagged that I go back through the 15-20 minute line to get a refund/correction, because it was considered a second transaction.

I always come here when I need my international snack fix. They have one of the largest selections of sweets and pastries from everywhere. It takes me quite awhile to nosy through everything. There is not a lot of organization due to the wide variety of thi gs they offer. But if you have moment or 10 go dig through and treasures you will find.
