Hands down one of the best shopping experiences ever. I was greeted right away, but not in the annoying way that many department stores do, but in a really genuine, eager to help way. They checked in with me multiple times, but again, not annoying, they were so genuinely kind and welcoming. What really stood out to me was that she asked me questions to make sure I chose the right size, I had only tried on size 10’s in everything and it all fit okay, but she was right, the size 8’s were a better fit. I’m so grateful she went that extra step!! Will def shop here over and over again.

Don't waste your time at this place unless you want to be ignored while you shop for $90 shirts. It was my first visit and the sales associates completely ignored me when I walked in, despite the fact that they were just standing around chatting. They never checked on me the whole 20ish minutes I was shopping. Then as I was leaving the girl thanked me for coming in...seriously?! I expected more for such an expensive shop.

I buy almost all my clothes at Talbots. This store is great about finding a size or color they don’t have in stock and having it shipped. Some items are pricier than others but they have great sales regularly that give me the opportunity to keep my wardrobe current at affordable prices. The sales staff is great and honest about fit and pulling pieces together with what I already have. Two thumbs up for this store!

Talbots is a nice place to go for clothes. I have some people in my family that absolutely love coming here so I only come here when they want to. I will say that this location is very well laid out and is kept very clean. The staff is very helpful and when we didn't find something we wanted they made sure we didn't leave without finding a way to get it even if it wasn't purchased from their store.

This is the place to find everything and anything for your wardrobe. Any size you need , any color or style. Sales staff is the best. Very knowledgeable of merchandise in store and ordering on line. Always a great shopping experience with sales gal Patti. Great sales going on and this is the time to take advantage of that feature. My favorite store at Penn Square. Thanks for all your help making me feel good about me.

I was very disappointed, no employee spoke to me for over 10 minutes they were just putting out new clothes. Left without buying anything, I will order from store in Ohio.
