I would give zero stars if it were an option. I've attended TCC since 2015. It's been the most difficult and infuriating time of my life. I cannot say enough bad things about this school (ALL of it's campuses). Seriously! Save your money and go somewhere else. For the most part, I've had decent professors. However, the staff as a whole are completely incompetent and not properly trained for their jobs. Expect absolutely nothing from the financial aid office or the academic counselors. I was supposed to receive a grant last November (2017) to cover my cost of tuition for the 2017-2018 school year, and I've just received reimbursement this month (May 2018). Ridiculous! I've also gone to the academic counselors countless times to be advised about how I should proceed with classes. I'm given a new counselor each time I go that knows diddly-squat about me or my major. Absolutely NO HELP! I am currently in the process of transferring to a university because I've wasted too much time at this sorry excuse for a "college".

Terrible and unprofessional behavior from receptionist, Stephanie, in the allied health department. She was rude and inconsistent with what they tell you. Changes from month to month; and person to person. They need to do better!!

Attended AND worked here 2011-2013. Graduated with honors. Great people, great environment. I spent 40+ hours a week on campus and know it inside and out. Thanks!

The school has really gone downhill fast, not that some of the campuses were ever that great but lately if you are not right out of highschool or an exchange student, forget it.

I wish I could give it a lower score. To anyone who moves away and is trying to go back to school or going for a graduate degree and need their transcripts, REMEMBER YOUR SCHOOL ID NUMBER....I’m trying to go back to school and they are absolutely no help. There’s a hold on my account (after I’ve already paid off my tuition fees 5 YEARS ago) and I can’t find out what it is because I can’t remember my old school ID number from 2012. 🙄 Not even my old address or SSN could help me. I had to have my old ID number from 5 YEARS ago in order for them to help me because they are “limited” on what they can tell me since I don’t have that ID number. RIDICULOUS! Now I have to go through a process to get that ID # that requires me to fill out forms and sending them my license. RIDICULOUS! TCC you need to find a better way to do things. There needs to be more options.
